Hi greatest people in the whole wide world,
APPLY TO BE A DoRAK BOARD MEMBER!!!
It won’t hurt to apply, it’s a ton of fun, and you get to help make campus a better place! Here’s a copy and paste of the directions from last week’s email:
Firstly, this round of the application process is only for the following board positions:
There will be a later application process for remaining board positions and Team and Smile Squad Captain.
You can apply to for multiple positions to increase your chances to be on board [but you cannot actually hold more than one board position]. However, if you want to be both a board and captain, you can accept the board position and apply to be a captain during the second round while still retaining your board position.
You do not need to be captain before being a board member. These are two separate type of positions that require different tasks.
If accepted as a board leader, you will be asked to begin training for your position in March. In short, you will train under the current position holder and use your new skills to help run and promote our end of the year event called Goodness Day. This process is to ensure that by the Fall, that you will be fully integrated into DoRAK leadership.
Attached is a detailed description of the available board positions and the application.
Please email your application by February 20th, 2013 by midnight to dorak@umich.edu.
